Friend referral- need some help!

hey girlies- need some help again!

When I had my first consultation back in August I had a friend referral- which I told to my PC Hollie Green and she put it in her notes! I booked my op the other day for 17th Feb, and got the conformation letter though today and it hasn’t been put on there so am paying £3850 instead of £3700.(150 off for friend referral!)

It’s not the end of the world, but every bit of money off helps! I just wondered if this has happened to anyone else or if they have MYA just made a mistake and not copied it down on their notes? Or does the friend referral only last a certain amount of time? The annoying thing is that the lovely girly off here that gave me her name I think has left the forum so can no longer find her message I had with her name! When I speak to Hollie should I just say to her that I had one when I had my consultation with her?!

Sorry for the essay girls- just a bit confused what I should do about it, or should I just leave it and pay the 3850?! Any help would be really appreciated!
