How are you? I’ll be 3 weeks post on tue and I’m feeling nearly normal just I little tight when I stretch/ reach really high, I really want to go back to the fitness class I attend on Monday’s, it’s circuit training; running, squats, sit ups etc… I just wandered how long people have waited before resuming exercise? I’d like to go tomorrow, my belly is starting to catch my boobies up lol
