friend request info and booking ….

Hi im seeing the surgeon tomorrow but was just wondering if i paid the deposit and book my date 2moro do I have to have the friend request info with me 2moro when i book or just tell them when I pay the final balance?? Thanks xx

ive already paid deposit and booked, so im hoping when i pay full amount they will let me have the 150 off for the friend recomendation!! any one know if they will? i didnt realise before i booked you could get money off for it lol x x
