FRIEND REQUESTS

Okay, first of all I really don’t have an issue with people wanting to be friends with me for whatever reason, but I DO mind people adding me if I’ve never spoken to them on the forum or if they haven’t even messaged me first…it’s RUDE. There are personal pics of me on there and I’m not just going to accept you just because you send me a request. I’ve rejected about 12 friend requests today because of this; it clearly states on my profile that I WILL NOT ACCEPT if I’ve never spoken to you before! I’m sorry but what part of that don’t some of you understand? It’s written right there in front of you on my status and all you need to do is drop me a message

Sorry for the rant girlies but this is really starting to annoy me now; I just think its vulgar to add someone without talking to them or anything!

Exactly, the same applies if I don’t talk to people regularly either…I just delete them! Also I find it so so rude! I’m approachable as they come but I won’t accept people just adding me without saying anything! x

Totally true, I didn’t mind at 1st coz there was nothing of me on my profile but cause ice started to upload my pre op piks, I want to know who’s adding me now, and I will not accept ppl if they do not ask 1st, I’ve just left them in my requests xx

I just reject until they have the manners to talk to me first! x

people DO send me a message but all it normally says is “can i see your pics?” the ost requests i had in 1 day was 37 requests

Sorry I guess most of the new people, myself included dont realise how rude it can be to request a friendship without actual cyber chatting. I guess we’re just overexcited about getting them finally done. Although I do think some effort should be made to a least message to ask before adding. Apologies (looks sheepish)
