Initial apologies to anybody I might have sent friend requests to without a message, thought it best to post this and declare my intentions! Would love to pal up on here with anyone, particularly those in a similar position to me. I’m a 36b, unsure which finance route to take, completely confused as to what type and positioning of implant to get, all I know for certain is I want them bigger! Thank you in advance x

Hey hun. You can add me if you want. Am 5 weeks post-op now but I was a 32A previously, and am 5’1, 8 stone. I had to get unders as they are more approriate for a petite person like me and are less likely to become rippled. I think with a 36B, partials or overs would be alright as you have enough breast tissue to cover the implant. What cup size would like to be? There are roughly 150ccs to every cup size, so if you got 300ccs, you’d get to roughly a D/DD from a B. I think the best thing to do is to book a consultation with a patient co-ordinator at your nearest clinic, who will go through the finance options with you and show you some before/after pics.

If you are ready to go ahead, they will book you in for a surgeon consultation. You’ll get to try on implant sizers at the surgeon consult, and the surgeon will measure you/decide the implant placement, and will discuss any queries you may have as well as complications/risks. Write down a list of questions you’d like to ask, and have them ready for your consultation. If it all goes to plan, you’ll pay the deposit and they’ll give you a date for your op. Hope this helped and good luck with everything. xxx

Hi Adèle, I’ve just accepted your friend request. I’m in exactly the same boat as you. I’m a volume-less 32C and all I know right now is im wanting them bigger (E/F). There’s so much information regarding size, profile, position etc etc etc it’s so hard to begin to make any desicion. I’m going for my first consultation with a patient co-ordinator tomorrow evening. I can let you know how I get on if you like? X

That would be brilliant if you could! Like I’ve said, I’ve got mine on Monday, but I always liked to be armed with as much info as possible

Hi Adèle, sorry for the late response. I had my initial consultation on Thursday evening. Unfortunately it’s not good news for me. It turns out to achieve what I want with my breasts, I’m going to need an uplift along with implants. (Not what I wanted to hear) Gutted is not the word, I cried all the way home. It’s a big price jump from just your basic BA, not something I can afford right now 🙁

Apart from the sad news, the rest of the experience was great. The staff and my Patient Co-ordinator, Louisa were lovely. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Could not fault their service at all.

I’m probably going to have to wait a couple of years to save up or go elsewhere now unfortunately.

If there’s anything you want to know, just ask away.
