Friends/Family Reactions…..

hi ladies, i’m really worrying about how to tell my friends and family i’m having a BA. i’ve told my mum and she was really shocked at first but now supports me 100% when i told her how much my current body was getting me down. she’s now hold my step dad and he hasnt really said anything about it (but he’s a man of few words anyway!). they are the only people who know about it and i’m dreading telling anyone else for fear of judgment and being a topic of gossip or bitching. HELP?! xx

Hey babe Ive told everyone I’ve had it done, I explained to them that there was no point in lying and that people would gossip more and bitch about me if I denied it than if I just told everyone, I explained why I was having it done (feeling like a 5 year old girl etc) and everyone has been so supportive, they were excited for me and have all wanted to see them! Don’t be embarassed when you tell them and they will all be supportive xxxxxx

The only person that knows is my mother. I’m not really bothered about when the rest of the family find out but I’m going to be so embarassed when I go back to work x

yeah i’m worried about going back to work aswell. i work in an office with mostly men and i know they will notice cause i’m practically flat at the moment. thats why i dont know whether to tell people before i have the surgery or just come into work and say ‘ta daaaa’ lol xx

I told the office gossip just before I went home the day before my surgery, then let her work her magic. Only one person asked me when I went back to work and my reply was “yes I have and they are the absolute best” that ended it.

Just be super confident in telling people and then they won’t quiz you x

Lol I work with nosy women but I’m just going to go in as usual and not say anything unless they do x

thanks helen, thats what i may do i may not tell everyone just my boss (whos a woman) and if anyone says anything then i’ll just act super confident xx

I feel it’s none of their business and you should let them guess. After all they are private parts of your body!! for you to know and them Wonder and the hunky guy to find out!!!!

I didn’t intend to tell a soul, but am so proud I don’t care who knows!

anchovie the end of that comment actually made me laugh out loud in work and everyone in the office stared at me like i was a right weirdo, so thanks for that haha! xx
