Frustrating!!!

Hi there i had my BA done on Wednesday 25th and im getting so frustrated with myself cos i cant do what i normally do, i have 2 young kids and its been ok but i just want to feel normal and go back to doing my usual things. I dont want to over do it but how long do you think until i can do everything again? I want to go shopping but im scared i’ll feel faint x

Quite a big gap yeah. But mine were close together to start with so they hopefully will go back. Were yours close to start with? M xx

HI LADYS I HAD MY BA ON THE 9TH AUG I’LL BE 3 WEEKS TOMORROW THE ONLY THING AM STILL NOT DOING MY SELF IS A BIG FOOD SHOP ..ON DAY 4 I WAS DOING BITS AND BOBS AROUND THE HOUSE BY DAY 9 I HAD CLEANED ALL THE HOUSE WENT OUT FOR A DRIVE ON DAY 11 AND IT WAS HARD TO GET IN 2ND AND 5TH GEAR ..I HAD 300 CC UNDERS AND I HAVE A GAP ASWELL.HOPE YOU BOTH FEEL BETTER SOON .PS MY BOOBIES STILL DONT FEEL LIKE MINE YET BUT BEEN TOLD IT TAKES TIME.XX
