I am 14 Day post op with an exchange from 350cc (which I had 12 years ago) to 480cc under the muscle . My right side is a funny shape and not symmetrical. Is this normal and will it even out. There doesn’t seem to be any swelling and I’m not sure how quick an implant exchange settles after the op and if it’s quicker than first time around due to the pocket already created.

Hi Lisa, sorry I can’t help but I am also having old implants replaced in Dec. How have you found the pain and discomfort compared with first time round? X

Have you both got round implants? I had 230 round, but was never happy with the size, I was told that was the biggest I could have. Took me from a 32a to 32c. But now after having 2 kids I can barely fill a 34b bra! Have been advised to go for 410 anatomical implants which I’m havint done in Dec. X

What size are you now with your 365 implants? My surgeon couldn’t tell me what I might end up being, just that he’d expect me to possibly double. I’d be happy with a full D cup. X
