Furious with Transform

Had my last consultation with surgeon before op today at half 4 to be left outside the closed building for an hour in the pouring rain! I phoned and it said they would be back on the 10th April for easter holidays? Its the 21st! phoned the helpline to be told my appointment had been cancelled and to phone on monday! Arrrgggggg!

thats the reason i ended up choosing mya, hmg did the exact same thing to me! shocking customer service!

They cancelled my appointment too on the morning I was meant to be going….even though the day before they had sent me a text reminder and phoned to confirm….apparently they had forgotten that they had staff training!!! Kind of put me off – when I eventually did get my appointment they were so rude…hence I’m having BA with MYA on Friday

ive already put my deposit down if i decided not to go with them would i get it back?xx

It depends if how long ago you put your deposit down. Give them a ring. I had a friend go with transform and she loves them so don’t worry about it. It may be rubbish service but might be brilliant surgeon. x

I’m booked with transform for may and happy so far. MYA changed the time of one of my consultations at very short notice and NU cosmetics change the location from manchester to liverpool about an hour before but I personally haven’t had any problems with transform. To be honest i think this sort of thing happens with all companies. I know that doesn’t really help you gbbx but tbh i think they’re all as a bad as eachother.

If transform did that to me though I’d ask for my deposit back too xx

thanks cherrycheri1, i need to wait till monday to fone them, was just so looking forward to the last appointment with the surgeon and they didnt even bother foning ive heard they are great surgeons just service lets them down!xx good point roch, all companies do stuff like that so its just your luck! its just when i phoned up the helpline and then told me i had cancelled my appointment which wasnt true and when i made that clear to her she said that ‘someone had cancelled it’ and to phone the glasgow clinic on monay xx

Thats terrible service when u are paying so much money. I work in the NHS and people always complain about stuff and say “this wouldnt happen if I paid private” but it bloody does happen and if anything it happens more often!!

mya tried to do this on my 1 week post op, i took 3 hour train n taxi journeys to get ther, went to reception & she was like ooh we emailed u this morning the nurse cudnt come in luckily they told me to wait & got a nurse at short notice but she didnt even know what she was doing and asked ME! x

Mya changed my op from kidderminster to central london rite in the middle of the congestion zone. U get this drama wiv all companies i suppose but i think the one n only thing u need to be impressed with is ur surgeon xx
