general or local anesthetic

can you choose which you’d want? really scared about having general. also i’d like some idea of what its like from girls who have had local and general pls 🙂 thanks

Don’t be worried amy about the general, I work at a hospital and after seeing people being put under I was bit worried but when it happened u just have no idea like literally they flush ur cannula and then put the anaesetic in and that’s it sudden horrible taste and ur gone don’t worry. I would be worried having local if anything! Also mr traynor said he puts local round ur breasts and stuff don’t no how but still x

But if u have local your going to be awake and see everything there doing. With general I felt as though I had just been asleep when I woke up I was confused and didnt even think anything had happened x

I had general a week ago for my boobs and nose and I just went to sleep and woke up fine, I was a bit sick from all the blood from my nose but just felt so tired after! I had local for a procedure once not surgery but I don’t remember a thing, I don’t think you will be awake watching them do the surgery don’t worry about that lol! Also you wont feel so shitty after! xx

I think there is a surgeon that offers local anaesthetic and sedation mr kazzazi, basically awake but will be in a daydream if you were really worried of general. Not sure if you have already booked another surgeon. I am having general with mr traynor. Try not to worry x

And obviously area will be completely numb xx

I’m having kazzazi it’s called local sedation I’ll be asleep but won’t have a tube down my throat. I work at a hospital in theatres so I understand what will happen. I can’t wait few more hours now and I’ll be there eekkk! Xx
