    Hey girls,

I’m just starting my journey, with an MYA first consultation next week. I’m just looking for some more information and general advice, as I’m absolutely terrified haha.

I’m 5″7/8, size 8 weighing approx. 59kg, very, very active (I run and do HIIT, spinning every day), my current chest size is 32AA/A – hoping to go to about 32D.

After some research I think I would like teardrop silicone implants under the muscle. I’m after a very natural look – this is important to me, I wouldn’t want a BA without it looking exceptionally natural. It looks like due to my height/build I will need maybe around 500cc, but obviously I’ll know more after consultations.

Does anyone have any advice on their results from similar body stats and implants? On the surgeons? The pain? (I love tattoos and piercings, so I’m kind of good with pain….) Is the aftermath quite bloody/pussy? I pass out very easily as I’m super squeamish so I’m worried I’ll be sick and pass out (as I do with blood tests!)

What is the recovery like? I’m not entirely sure how long I will be able to take off work as I constantly work including weekends/evenings, however, it is all computer desk work. But I live in London and would have to commute to work….

Also, I have my nipples pierced and would love to keep these – anyone else had BA with piercings?

Sorry for all the questions, just very nervous and want to make sure I’m completely knowledgeable. I’m sure I also have more questions. Thanks for any help 🙂

We have basically the same stats, I’m an inch shorter than you but was flat before and same weight and gymmed every day almost too.

I wanted a really natural look and so I tried on 3 sizes that my surgeon recommended and went for 280cc under the muscle, teardrops. I’m 13 days post op and feel like I look so much more in proportion! I reckon I’m about a D… but I’ve not been measured and still changing to happen.

I wasn’t with MYA so can’t comment on which surgeon etc I had but do your research and personal recommendation is best I think. I saw one surgeon before the one I used (neither were MYA) and he gave me a bad vibe and so I’m so happy I didn’t go with him!

Pain wise I’ve been so lucky – don’t know if it’s because I am probably quite fit from gymming almost daily but also obviously having smaller implants helped. I expected much worse with unders. I got myself dressed on the day of surgery and mainly felt really tight and heavy on my chest and just painful to sit up or lift arms above shoulder level but now I’m almost back to normal and it’s more discomfort rather than pain! I didn’t take painkillers after 4 days as I did not really need them! On 2 days post op I think that was the worst as I felt hot/shivery, sick, headache, tired, dizzy… went to bed at 7pm woke up midday the next day and I think that was because of the anaesthetic which made me feel sick!

I also live in London and just get up about an hour earlier to get the tube to avoid rush hour. I went back to work 4 days post op……. which probably isn’t advised but I also couldn’t get time off and I was actually fine. The first day was hard as was tired and dizzy but after that, fine. I’m so protective and won’t get on a busy tube carriage though as holding on might hurt if it stops suddenly etc!

Can’t comment on the piercings 🙂 you’ll def have to remove then for surgery though.

It is SO WORTH IT and be patient take your time choosing everything 🙂 the recovery is worst for 1 week so battle through and you’ll be fine :-). Hope this helps!
