Getting a boob job done when working as cabin crew?

Hi there, Im thinking about getting my boobs enlarged to around a DD cup, but I am worried about it as I work as cabin crew and I fly a lot of the time, does anyone no if it is ok for me to still get it done, or can it affect me in years to come?

u may have to pay the extra on luggage if each one weighs in at over 20kg lol !!!

hi, i fly short haul for easyjet so work long hours x
