I have been told to wait 6 weeks until i can resume body Attack, pump etc. I am having overs 325 and want to know if i will be able to resume these after the right time.

Also anyone know if press ups, chest exercises should be avoided. I was told that the muscles could distort the implant, if i went for unders. So does that mean things will be ok for overs.

I was hoping that because i was sticking to a reasonable size implant that things would be ok. I know i would have to purchase some really good sports bras such as shock absorbers.

Like to know the same but I’ve had uplift as well as 380s. Been told nothing strenuous for 6 weeks and I’m used to doing cardio and weights near enough every day. Only 4 days post op! Managed to walk twice a day for 40 minutes so far and hardly in any pain but don’t want to push it. Must be sensible and let body recover. Really having to cut down on carb’d and calories. Although yesterday felt really down and once I’d eaten felt fine so need to get healthy balance. Difficult.

Haven’t been given any advice on chest exercises and I’ve had overs (I think). I would just to a few and maybe press ups in box or from knees. See how you feel the next day. Everyone will recover differently. Let your own body tell you!

Or why not go on something like bodybuilding.com and ask the women on their forum. They should be able to help. You may not train like them buy they should be expert in knowing about returning to exercise x
