Getting back to the gym?

How long after having a BA can you go back to the gym? I’m a little concerned about how long I’m going to have to wait, because I like to exercise heavily very frequently. Also worried about putting weight on because of it.

They say 6 weeks before vigorous exercise but I don’t know i’m not there yet! Xx
