Getting from Paddington Station to Highgate Hos – please help

I might need to get a train up for my op. But stuck on what to do once I get to Paddington Station. Is it best to get a taxi or try to go the underground route? Bearing in mind it will probs be around 6 in the morn as I’m a daycase… All the help and advice you can give will be appreciated.

Forums etc people who lived in London said taxi from the station is best :)x
