getting op on tuesday can anyone help?

hiya im new to this, but im a 34b and am getting 460 overs on tuesday with dr. singh, i am hoping to be a 34dd. i was wondering if anyone else had similar statistics as me and wouldnt mind show me any pics u might have, as im still undecided whether to go for 460 or 525 implants. Dr. Singh reccomends 525 but im not sure? thanks if anyone could help me x
