getting your deposit back post op

i’m 4 weeks post op and i haven’t had my deposit back yet i just rung my PC and she’s chasing it up now. how long did it take for them to give your deposits back?

You deposit is part of the cost, you don’t get it back. Unless you’ve overpaid? x

mine was a refundable deposit as i overpaid by a hundred, sorry girls i should have made that clear! x
