Seen a few post lately about finding sports bras so thought i would share as i tried ones from all shops and most rubbed on my incisions or was uncomftable or hard to get off as im 12 days po.

Its by belvia u will find it on the jml stands in asda, tesco, wilkinsons, woolworths online (probably more places that sell it). It is £12.97 comes in black, white and nude. Even more comfy then my macom as it doesnt even feel like i have a bra on and its one where the lines of bra dont show through clothing.

For those who r friends with me there is a pic of the bra on me. :)

Amylesser i just looked on the box for ya, medium is 36-38 back. With my macon i got 32 back small and im normally a 30 back but this sports bra is stretchy material and the macom isnt. I still wear my macom but needed two bras. X

That looks sooooo comfy deff going to get one! I’m a 34 back so what size would I need? Is it a struggle to put on after surgery? My m&s bra has just been delivered and I’ve tried it on and it isn’t exactly the most comfortable thing!!! And I went up a back size in that lol x

They usually say go up back size to allow for swelling. Small is 30-34 medium 36-38. To be honest hun u will want something like macom or m&s zip up bra as they r easy to get on. This bra should be ok from bout 7 days po but it depends how u heal, compared to some sports bras with no front/back fastening its easiest to get on as its stretchier. I bought thos yesterday at 11 days po and get it on and off fine x
