Girls Girls! worrying about my 365 overs.. reassurance needed please!!

As ive probably bored you all with Im due to have 365 ccs overs with Mr Adamo in Feb (counting down..less than 12 weeks wooo )

Buttt…. the worries are now coming to light lol!!

Last few days Ive started to think are these going to be TOO big? I said I wanted to be a D/DD and look natural but I want to achieve the size so I’m ok if they are a bit questionable a bit “hmm are they natural could be fake” but now Im thinking Im not the best with bra sizes maybe a DD is a bit bigger than I really am aiming for!

Im 32 B Size 8 8 and a half stone 5’6 and I still want to be a size 8 and fit in quite fitted dresses (I wear smart fitted non-clevagey dresses for work you see) and I wear padded bras like the primark padded push up and la senza triple gel and id quite like to be about the size i am with these on as they fit nicely in my dresses but Im thinking this probably isnt a DD and is more a C?

This question is really long!! But basically anyone whos had 365s what size where you before and what size are you now? Has your dress size changed and can you still fit in shift style dresses as before?

I was 32b/c think I’ll be double d when I get measured! Guttinglt I bought loads of clothes before hand a size bigger but I’m still getting into my old stuff so I have lots of nice new clothes now but can’t really wear haha xx

I am the same stats as you, size 8, was 32B, 5’5. 6 weeks ago I had 340 & 410 unders (protruding breast bone on one side) and I have been measured as a 32F… way bigger then I thought I would be. I would say I look about a D/DD with clothes on but some people disagree and say I look biggger. I will warn you, I do not FIT into hardly any of my size 8 tops anymore, and shift dresses just hang off my boobs and make me look bigger then I did before the op. It is true, bigger boobs can sometimes make you look a little fatter in some clothes. I used to love shift dresses but I think they look better on smaller chested girls… not me with my 32F’s anymore. Just letting you know my findings HOWEVER, I look so much better in other types of clothes now! So just think about your style of dressing, how obvious you want it to be etc. Can I ask why you’re going for overs? I ask because I had unders (which are supposed to look more natural as they sit under the muscle so the ‘ridge’ is less apparent) and people I haven’t seen for years have asked me ‘have you had a boob job’. So even though I wanted a natural look… it isn’t all that natural. I don’t mind though, I’m proud of them and I think it could also be down to the fact I know how a lot bigger boobs and am showing them off a little more then I ever would have before! hello, im new on here, but im booked for my op with transorm on 19th dec, im practically same stats as you, im 5.7 8-8.5 stone im a 32 b i was told to take me to a full C/d i can have 300 but the surgeon said 340 would be better. they are unders though as i dont have a lot of meat on the chest area, so 365 isnt too much bigger…maybe go down 1 size? they will still be lovely! im worrying about the same thing, i dont want to end up looking butch ha

The surgeons are pretty clever at knowing what will suit your shape. I am 5 foot 4. 9 stone. Size 8 flat stomach big bum. I was a 34c empty from breast feeding. My surgeon gave me 240 and 260 over the muscle to make me a full d / dd. I’m definitely more in more proportion now and my boobs look full but not enormous. Only one of my dresses is too tight and I don’t suit one of my dresses as it hangs strangely! But most of my clothes still fit me and look better. good luck whatever you decide x

Jus gotta say, overs don’t always look fake, my overs don’t look fake at all nor do lots of girls on here so don’t be swayed to ask for unders, if ur surgeon has advised overs go with what he says xxx

Sorry girls I didn’t mean to offended anyone or state that overs look fake. I had the option of both and my surgeon said that if I wanted a really natural look it was best to go under… that’s all. But the girls are right, go with what your surgeon suggests as they know best! Hope I have not upset anyone… I’ve seen lots of overs that look exactly the same as mine xx

im kinda same stats..slightly smaller butnot by much and i had 365 unders n i’ll be lucky to get a d..ther actusly quite small as far as fake boobs go lol xx

Awww not at all hun jus thought I’d add that that’s all, I worried before my op they might look fake cos I’d read a few comments they did but after I was pleasantly surprised xxx

vikkix, I am in the exact same situation as you! I mean I could have written your post word for word except I’m booked in for December. I’ve been thinking about it a lot and have come to the conclusion that Dr Adamo knows what he’s talking about. There’s someone on here, I think her name is LadyCj14 (check my friends list) and she’s also got similar stats to us. She had 365cc with Dr Adamo earlier on this year and hers look great – LadyCJ14, I hope you don’t mind me mentioning you but seeing your results really reassured me when I was worrying if I’d made the right choice. Her before pics are smaller than I am now so I’m assuming I (and you since you have the same measurements as me) will be a bit bigger than her but I’d be more than happy with that result. Sorry, I realise I’m rambling but just wanted to reassure you that we appear to be Dr Adamo’s typical patient type so he’s got plenty of experience in giving the results we want . I’ll try to post lots of updates when I get my BA done (21st December) so feel free to add me and use my pics to help you make a decision about yours.

I had 365 overs on 22/9.

I was a 34b 5’2″ and 8 stone 12.

I am now 8 weeks post op and I measure a 32dd/e although don’t look this big. My clothes still fit but a few of my size 8 dresses are now too tight on the chest.

Vikkix I’m in exactly the same situation as you, I’m having my surgery on the 4th of Jan with Dr Adamo, he has also advised me to have 365cc overs as i want to achieve a natural looking D/DD cup no bigger as I’m only a petite size 8 and 5ft2. I’m going to see him for the second time on Thursday as I’m having second thoughts about the size and worrying that they will look out of proportion.

I will let you know the conclusion on thurs lol. Maybe do the rice test? xx

i had 365cc hp overs for my first ba 3 years ago, i started a 34c and the 365cc’s took me to a e/f cup- don’t worry that they are gonna be too big because they arn’t i was dissappointed with my size when i had the 365’s thats why i went bigger 1 year later.The implants are not as big as you think x
