Girls I need help!!!!!!

I’ve just had a shower and had a look at my scars and noticed that some stitches have come out and I have a little hole!!! I’m scared I’m going to get an infection if I don’t get it soon too straight away!!! Who do I call at this time? I’ve messaged my pc already and no reply!!??
