Hi girls, wondering if anyone could give some advice on what they would do.

im a empty 32B and have booked my surgery for 19th April!!!! so excited/nervous!!

having surgery with Mario Russo and hes got me 340s and 380s he wants me to have overs? anyone had this and are willing to share any photos with me??
