Girls please help 375 cc or 410 cc ??

I would like to be taken to a D/DD.. Im currently a 34 B, 5’3, size 10.. Mr Adamo says I can have either (he also suggested medium profile), girls what shall I do??? My op is on the second of March and I can decide on the day but I really want to be sure that I get taken to a D/DD and not huge either just to complicate things!! lol
