Tubular is when, during puberty, natural scar tissue forms and stops the breasts/breast from forming properly, often the lower half of the breast is noticeably less full than in normal breasts, the will often be little breast tissue, and a large space between the breasts. Also the nipples can be puffy, with the effect that the tissue is there rather than at the base of the breast. I had never heard of this condition until i met with Dr Russo. It was great to know that i was right when i’d always thought mine weren’t right. It doesn’t actually seem that common, i have researched it online and am thankful that i had a slight case and very small boobs, as is i only had to have a BA, overs were required to change the shape.
