Girls who were previously with Mr Russo…..

Have you been given a new surgeon and new surgery date yet?? Head office can’t seem to slot me in anywhere suitable and I was supposed to be on 19th June.

Instead of being excited that my BA is 10 days away im worried about whether or not I’ll be able to get it done gutted xx

I was meant to be on 5th July with mr Russo now having mr chantarask on 10 th July .. Phone your pc again xx

I’m in contact with her most days to get a date with Mr C too but its down to head office to add more dates but nothing yet.. you’re soo lucky xxx

i would ask for a refund and i bet they ll find you a date i had mario 21st of may hes lovely its not your fault all this has happened so i hope you get a date its not nice being excited and let down fingers crossed for youx

Thanks lisa, my p.c. promised me she would have a definite answer by monday (11 days since Ive been trying to get a new date!) so hopefully she will have some good news for me. I’ve booked a back-up consultation for wednesday with another company and inquired about late space availability so fingers crossed I’ll get it done in time before I start my new job! xxx

I was booked for 30th june with mario, and that same day he got suspended my pc had rebooked me for 3rd july 4 days later. Thats not on that they cnt fit u in because they had been given new dates yesterday, head office are useless speak to ur pc, or even the receptionist at ur clinic and they have access to all dates available. Id be fizzin x

I think it’s most definately a case of who shouts the loudest so start shouting. They should have sorted something for you by now x

Definately tracy, seen quite a few on here that still havnt been sorted dates yet, id be so upset. I asked for a full refund because id already paid in full and they pulled a date straight out there magic hat xx

Yeah it’s bad isn’t it. I bet they’re booking ‘new’ patients in all the time and forgetting about those who have actually paid. It’s not fair on the girls who don’t want to shout and make a fuss but seems like they’ll have to in order to get anywhere with them. Hope MYA don’t let themselves down and get these girls booked in as top priority x

Yes I’ve paid every penny and I know it must have been really hard to organise all the girls who suddenly lost their spot with Mr R, but its just my surgery was meant to be in 10 days time and now I’m all lost if you know what I mean? I hope all the other girls get their dates sorted if they are in the same situation as me xxx

Ask for your money back ladies they will soon come up with a date,I guarantee it,and lets face it if you were to be offered another surgeon here,you can soon find another surgeon somewhere else every company has cancellations.And most of the big cosmetic surgery providers use reputable surgeons, dont waste time waiting around make a few calls.This should have been sorted out.

a-Marie4 I had Russo then I found out on here he was suspended not by my pc I had to contact them , said they wud get back to me waited nearlly two days n eventually I had to ring again , vplain n say I wanted money back n sure enough they offered me mr T n booked me in for the day after I had originally with Russo , all bout the money do it would seem , keepin me options open though , as haven’t met him yet that’s tomo do if I don’t Jel with him I’ll b asking for money back n tryin else where , Hurd lot good thinks though do hopefully won’t come to that. Hope you get sorted hun n same for all the other girls xx

Thanks for the advice girls. I have been quite awkward as I’ve had uni exams so naturally I couldn’t just waltz off to Birmingham from Cardiff in the middle of them for a 10 minute consultation with Mr T. The latest I can have it is the 25th too because of work. So its a pretty tight time frame!
