girls with macom bras?? 1st or 2 nd hook???

Hey had my strapping taken off today a day early as the strapping as caused some damage to my skin… I’ve got my macom bra on which the nurse put it on the 1 st hookes has everyone got it on the same??? X

I have mine on the second, but that’s only because I’m used to that now! I put it straight onto second hooks after my strapping was taken off as they felt so unsupported! Don’t think it really matters though 🙂 x

Hey ladies when I wore mine I switched between hooks to what felt most comfy and when I was really swollen I had 3 hooks in the middle undone to feel some relief but I found my Macom really rubbed on my incision and ended up most comfy in my m&s zip front I wore that until around 13 weeks when I swapped back to the Macom as the m&s was by then 2 small! Do what ever feels right for you xx

I have had revision surgery for symmastia so just a bit worried about the middle section x

If you you turn out a big size 1 St hook if your a smaller size 2nd hook x
