going back to see dr singh next week

so he offered me 410 overs but im going back to see him next week to discuss going under the mucle instead, my cousin and frined have both had unders and they look great, to be honest i dont really know what is the difference is just that unders dont sag as easy, or ripple? xx

Dr Singh won’t do under with large implants. He normally doesn’t over.

i agree with tina, he’d only give me 300 max under, yet 460 overs xx

yeh ive got to discuss the size with him again next week, my cousin was competly flat chested and she had 420 unders what size do u reckon he will offer me going under the mucsle lots of girls have had 410 unders haven’t they x

i dont actually know, but i wanted to have unders but he said i could only have a smallish implant if i did, hence why i had overs, i wanted mahooosive boobies lol xx

yeh see im really stuck i honestly dont know what to do people are sayin to me that overs look stuck on ( yours are lovely) they ripple and sag and also cant read breast scans properly? so im stuck as what to do but to only have 300 cc implants i dont think its worth me getting them done lol xx

thats what i thought 300 wernt enough lol, just to let you know i have slight rippling i cant see it. but can feel it a little when i bend forward(outside of my breasts near armpit), but its not an issue for me at all so rippling aint that bad, i read on sofem some girls can still feel rippling with unders xx

Depend your chest, if narrow chest then probably no more than 300. Different surgeons recommend differently. Dr Singh said the same to me when I asked about unders n he said he won’t do no more than 300cc. But I only asked out of curiousity, I had overs with my first ba as well so dr Singh did same procedure using existing pockets.

If u really want unders, maybe another surgeon would be better.

Its hard to explain, but to me it feels like running your fingers over your rib cage, kinda bumpy lol, but I cant see it so dont know wat it looks like xx

so can u not see the rippling then? thats wats bothering me the most i thought u could really see it etc my pc said to me if u lose or put on weight it will ripple etc i do glamour modeling (topless) so if ripples arent visable it doesnt bother me lol xx

Doesn’t matter whether u do over or unders, rippling will occur in the outside of ur boobs cos there’s very little breast tissue there as dr Singh said to me today.

Only when I lend over and the implants are hanging, I see very fainted rippling on the outside of my breasts but only in a certain angle in the light. Also depends on ur skin type, my skin is quite thick so u don’t see any when I’m standing upright, I can’t feel any rippling either..

I have friends that do glamour but rippling is the least of ur worries as photographers use Photoshop for small or big cover ups.. They never use untouched photos.. X

oh yeah i know they will be re touched etc to be honest i didnt really know what rippling was but i think im going to defiantly go with dr singhs advise he obviously knows best dont he i just wished i went straight to him lol!!! xx

oh wow your a glamor model thats cool, ive done a little bit myself more fashion modelling though and promo work, i def wouldnt worry about rippling, theres plenty of glamour models that are slim with fake boobs, i would have thought they weighed up the same risks when they had their done, but as tina said they will just air brush any imperfections outxx

If you are worried about rippling, think about having inspira soft touch implants.

Like Nikki, Dr Singh told me I could only have 300 under the muscle but I’m having 410 over the muscle.

I don’t know which size soft touch is equivalent to the 410s but will be seeing him again to discuss. I really don’t want rippling x

I had inspira soft touch implants and i actually still have slight rippling. They do cost more but can’t remember how much more exactly, i was going to have 410 standard ones and when i changed to soft touch the equivalent was 415cc xx

I’ve been offered 460 unders by Mr Kazzazi, I’m a 34B! I think it’s his speciality, so might be worth seeing him for another opinion! x

yeh i mite have to say that to my pc bmy cousin had 420 unders but i think dr singh may onbly offer me around 300cc unders lol x
