Your body will tell you it’s too early. I took my bra off in the night about week two po as it was hurting and in the morning I woke up in agony ! Stick w the plan and you’ll heal better and wear no bra as often as you want later x

It’s six weeks hun… although I’ve been doing it since week 3 and have been absolutely fine. You know your body, do what it says. Keep at it hun for as long as poss… only a week left to go and you can burn it lol! x

Mario Russo, had to wear breast band for first two weeks with no bra then told no bra for further 2 weeks. Called MYA and spoke to nurse as not heard it before and she said it was Mr russo’s protocol apparently!! Very uncomfortable I have to say xx

Eeek, I’m worrying now, I had mario a week ago and ‘thought’ I was told 2 weeks breast band and 4 weeks sports bra! Maybe I heard wrong, will have to ask the nurse in my post op appointment. Sounds strange tho going braless for a month after the band comes off. xx
