Going from a D to bigger?

Has anyone gone from a D cup and then had implants to go bigger?the reason I want implants is so I can have bigger rounder boobs instead of having the ones I have now… but most of the people on here seem to have gone from a A/B to a D/E… anyone who could give me any insight on what implants are like when you already have a D cup would be perfect ☺️

My friend started at a d had 275cx and ended up a 32g so u think your only need a smaller implant …x

Yes but did she think the surgery was worth it? We’re the results exactly what she wanted? My worry is I pay all the money and then my boobs don’t look that much different? As most people on here have gone from A/B cup everyone seems to have life changing results and that’s what I want ☺️

I had my surgery 5 months ago. I was a 34d. I had an uplift a 280cc implant and a fat transfer ( not with mya). I was hoping for a 34dd. I now measure 32 FF / 32G. They do look huge but I’m very happy a small implant goes a long way if you already have boobs
