Going home same day as opp??

Hi Girls, My opp is a week today WOOO… I am a day case and after opp was planing on travelling home its nearly a 2 hour journey my mums driving but just wondering if any1 els done this and how they where..? any sickness or anything while travelling..??

Im worried and thinking wether to book a hotel..? Panicing alittle to be honest..?? eek lol

I’m a daycase an Ive booked a lodge to stay in for the week after my op to recuperate, but the lodge is an hr and a halfs drive away from the hospital and my surgeon says that’s too far away to stay the night of my op so I’m having to stay in a hotel x

I went home from london to b.ham in heavy trafic even went to mcdonalds!! Really depends how u feel i had to because my uncle took me,And he was workin the next day but i was fine x x

Ooo I guess ill just see how I feel if not good ill try book a hotel that night, if not ill go home… Thanks for the comments and help … xxx

I was a daycase and I live an hour away from the hospital. I felt ok on the way home, just took a pillow to put between my boobs and the seatbelt, but you do feel every bump lol. But it wasn’t agony or anything…..and as to sickness, I didnt have any from the GA so maybe it depends on how you were affected by that to how you will be in the car too. xx

Oh deer im so nervous now haha… Hope im cool to travel home, and a pillow thanks for reminding me stef … xx
