Going on holiday 6 weeks after BA?/ (anyone done this)?

I am going on holiday 6 weeks after surgery, which has been ok’d by surgeon, but and starting to worry what they will look like after 6 weeks?? Have they started to soften and drop a little or will they be still hard and ‘in your face’. Will i be able to were triangle bikinnis without my scars showing? Can i go braless in my dresses?? Holiday been booked for ages and could not get earlier day for BA!

Would love to hear from anyone who’s been abroad not long after their BA.

A lot of this depends on size but something that doesn’t is that you shouldn’t put your scars in the sun at all.

Most girls seem to have dropped by 6 weeks, but not completely, they may still look a bit fake, but that depends on size.

Your scar will probably be in the crease or slightly above so a string bikini should be OK but if i were you i’d go for something a bit more supportive, even a string with a wider band at the bottom.

You should be able to go braless, but again depends on the size you are having, some girls are advised never to go braless.

thank you! i have been looking at different bikinis but think i should wait until a few weeks after i have my ba just so i get a good size. all my bikinis are size 10/12 string ones but when i tried them on with my rice boobs they would not fit! another friend told me to get some plasters to cover my scars with so if my bikini did rise up they would still be covered!!

I am so jealous, i have boobs but last years tan lines, they look a bit strange it must be said!

At least you will be at the point that you can strat to wera nice bra’s, i can’t wait to get to this ppoint, sports bra’s are nasty!
