Going on Holiday 6 weeks exactly after BA… bit worried!!!!

Hi Girls I’m new on this site but wondered of you could help me
or at least put my mind @ ease!!

I’m having my BA on June 9th (not 4 ages yet
:cry:) but I’m going away 2 Ayia Napa
On July 28th which is exactly 6 weeks after my op.

My Patient Co – ordinator has told me that everything should be fine but I’m still a bit concerned

Will I be healed enough after 6 weeks 4 bikinis etc? Will I be able to wear nice bras? (I don’t want an ugly sports bra on holiday)
Will I still be in any pain? Will they have dropped at all by then?

Any advise would be great Thanks!!

Hi im having a ba on 21st march and going away on the 23rd april to spain, They said i should be fine but il probley still be in a sports bra.. im going away to aiya napa on the 30th june and im hoping to be able to wear bikinis and be genrally ok then. sorry i cant be much help. Couldnt you have it done sooner? xxx

U should be fine wearing bikinis!and you’ll be feeling fine and mostly healed!iive only just started wearing underwired bras at 10 weeks post op as they’re quite uncomfy! Xxx

Fiona I’m booked @ Highgate aswell are you a day case? And thanks ktaylor your lucky you’ve got so much time 2 heal before Napa. Wish I could have mine sooner but I couldn’t afford the payments I’m not using finance or a loan so I’m paying it off monthly May was the quicket I could pay it off

Hey Meekz, so cool i’ve found someone who is going to be on the same day as me :o) I’m in overnight as i live over an hour away. Also i had low blood pressure after my last GA so wanted to stay just incase. Counting down the weeks at the mo, seems so far away. Who is your surgeon and what size are you going to? xx

I’m with Mr Singh I’m thinking about going for 340ccs that’s what I chose at my last consultation
But I’m not sure anymore so I’m going to have another consultation on the 31st of March (wanna make sure its perfect lol)

I’m a 32A at the moment and wanna be a D. Can’t decide about Overs or Unders, High or Low Profile and lots of other things so I will have loads of questions to ask that I forgot to ask first time!

I know me too, its horrible having to wait so long when you hear everyone else only waiting a few weeks after booking! Sure it will soon come round though. I just couldn’t arrange time off any sooner as well as the money. Yeh thank you, the low blood pressure they said was just because it was normal before so then it went low after, just had to be on a drip all night, with my arm being squeezed every few minutes it seemed, so that was a sleepless night, hehe!
I’m a 34b at the moment, although always thought i was an A, so was pleasantly surprised with that. :o) So he said i can have overs, also going for the 340cc’s at the moment, high profile. Only really want to be a D too, but i think they are likely to measure more than that by what i have read on here. I keep changing my mind, worrying if they are going to be too big, so i was wandering round doing the rice test yesterday…soo funny! I thought if i go for the 300’s that is the smallest one i was offered so think they may not be worth it and don’t look alot different from when i have a padded bra on, so i think i will stick with the middle one :o)
Has he said you can have either unders or overs then? I was pleased that he said i can have overs, as they are supposed to be less painful. I’m not too worried if they look a little fake either, as long as i get a good cleavage, but from pics i have seen they do look very natural. :o) Your mind does go a bit blank when you get in there doesn’t it, write some questions down maybe so you don’t forget xx

Yea the smallest I was offered was 300 and I didn’t think it was worth it… I will ask to see the 380cc aswell just to make sure 340 is definately the right one for me. So many girls wish they had gone bigger I wanna be 100% happy no regrets!

Yes you have to be 100% sure, its quite a life changing thing. High profile was the only option i had, i asked what the low profiles were, they showed me and they definitley wouldn’t be right for me. Very flat and wide.
Good luck at your next consultation then hun, let me know how you get on. Hope you get everything sorted. Least we have plenty of time to decide. Although i’m sure i’m going to over think everything which won’t be a good thing! hehe! xx
