Going Out On The Drink

Hey Ladies

Just wondered how long people waited before there 1st nite out on the drink????

I’m 1 week and 1 day post op nd going out 2nite, but not sure if I should drink or not??? I’ve jus finished the last of my antibiotics today aswell.

It’s best to call your patient coordinator or nurse if you have any worries just to make sure!

Hi Lottie. Im having my op just after xmas and was worried about drinking over xmas. To be honest my surgeon, Mr Singh, advised to give it up a couple of days before my op and I can drink again when Im feeling up to it once I am off of the antibiotics. However, check with your pc if you want re-assuring x

You might get very drunk if the antibiotics are still in your system so best to leave the drinking until next week! x
