I can only advise that you get rid of all the crap and stock up on loads of healthy snacks because you’ll be bored and you’ll want to nibble and you’re already bloated from the GA and from the painkillers….i just ate crap and i still haven’t lost the weight i put on, i’ve put on 9lbs so just remember to be good and try and eat lots of fruit….yes the yeast infection isn’t nice at all
I know what you mean but trust me, you’ll put on loads of weight after the op if you’re not carefull because i did! You can’t exercise and you feel bloated, you can’t go to the loo properly for weeks so if you carry on eating crap like usual it’ll just pile on and it’s harder to lose than to put on! Ha ha i’m just warning you because i made the same mistake. Best way is to stock up on cereal bars and nice tasting healthy snacks and throw all the crap away before you spend your week at home surrounded by chocolate that’s just crying out to be eaten xx
High protein foods for tissue repair and plenty of foods packed with vitamins, so fruit, veg etc. A few treats wont be too harmful as your body will be using more energy/calories repairing itself, just not too many!!xx
