So I get call from head nurse Lauren today Dr marcellino wants to see me again I am abosolutly estactic about this because he can see I have been suffering and neglected but the other hand they still can not tell me if my revision will be free it is upsetting because I will have to pay more money to see him again then not know if I am getting free revision I been trying 6 weeks post op to be sorted and still it’s down to the bird room I’m wondering if I should contact the c e o personally instead of this management team. the mya staff and nurses surgeons of 2015 have been amazing but management are making mountain outta a mole hill and still think and persistent I had surgery in Highgate when I have all paperwork from my first app at mya till Fitzroy day of op very imcompident
