Hi Ladies

After all my moaning and groaning over the weekend about my surgeon, its turns out I have one of the best breast surgeons

I just couldnt understand why at 3pm were my boobs in less pain that they would be when I am pre menstrual, so it was time to find out…

Apparently, my surgeon uses a technique which I can not able to remember now, but he basically takes double the time on each patient that a normal surgeon would. This incurs less rough handling internally and is much slower and more gentle which is why despite me having no pain relief since 11am this morning, I am not that sore, although I was given all the pain relief tablets, anti biotic, etc but I dont feel sore enough to need pain relief

There are no drains applied due to the procedure (my favour part of all, hated them last time).

No support bra’s are needed, unless the patient wants to wear it at their own choice.

Disolvable stitches inside and out.

No tap or being bandaged up like a mummy.

Just waterproof tape over the scars which he will remove in 7 days himself.

Can shower as normal from tomorrow. (Just no baths)

And last but not least….he requires that arms ARE to be lifted up over head every hour starting immediately.

You would not believe how good I feel.

I thought earlier it was just because I had a BA before so most of the painful work was already done but my surgeon had to remove the capcular that formed around my old implants which would not be that simple and remove that scar tissue that formed after my last BA.

Before I left I got myself up, got dressed with a top over my head, went out to the girls at the reception and sat down and had a laugh with them for awhile while I was waiting on my BF to come pick me up.

The 2 other girls were up and about and finding it strange how relatively good they felt at that point. I said we all must be out of our minds on morphene and don’t realise it but its 8 hours on since I have had anything and apart from just the scars which are wounds at the end of the day, I dont have pain

My BF came to collect me with V pillows in the car and practically expecting to be carrying me out the door (something my parents had to do back in 2003), but I came out down the stairs which he stood waiting for me to come out through the elevator!! hee hee

Got home and went straight to the wardrope to try on the bikini’s and low cut tops and OMG I am so delighted.

I definately recommend the “extra” high projection, over the high.

One of the other girls got the high and when we were comparing b o o b i e s and there is abit of difference it would appear.

No wonder my surgeon would not go any bigger than 485 Xtra High round outers.

The implants he used are Silimed Polyurethane foam coated which I chose in my consultation as they hold their shape very well and dont give rippling and lower chances of CC and I have my lifetime guarantee’s here in my hand.

Although back in 2003 I paid extra for Mentor implants..1,000k extra because they had cohensive gel and wouldn’t spill out if they ruptured and they were the top one’s at the time, so in the next few years something else will be and I often wonder with a guarantee if they will only change the implants for the very same size?? As if I wouldn’t go bigger if I had stretched out more!!!!

Anyway ladies, I am just waiting on my BF to come back from getting a takeaway and will get him to take a few after photos and I have my before and afters to put up for you to see.

Just another thing my surgeon has me doing is wearing the unflattering stocking I wore in surgery for the next 3 days if possible. Something I didnt realise could help if you get bloating apparently.

I am off to the South of France tomorrow afternoon. My BF organised it for us and told me on the way to the hospital this morning. He didn’t think there would be any problem in recovering over there than here but I didn’t think I would be going anywhere based on my serious painful experience with my first BA.

Said it to my surgeon and he said the flying is fine as it is only an hour and a bit away and as there are no drains or bleeding with his technique I am not anymore at risk from DVT. Some go to eastern europe for BA’s and travel back the next day in a **** of alot of pain, whereas im fine…. but will see what tomorrow brings!

Well ladies, that is my novel story in full… thank you all for every single bit of advise, comments, friendships and just having someone to come speak with as none of my friends have boobjobs so only my BF and my mum know about this one, so it was great to have you all to ask questions and drive mad with my huge messages.

I promise I will stick to a paragraph from now on!!

Hey hun congrats on the boobies I never had any pain either so that isn’t too unusual. Different surgeons suggest different things in regards to moving after the BA, for example, my friends in the US who have had BA’s say the same as you – they were told to move as much as possible and were given specific arm and shoulder stretches to do every day. It’s called the 3 day recovery BA lol.

I don’t know about 3 days, when I told him before I was going to go back to work the following day he told me he wouldn’t operate on me if I did that!!!

I guess its like child birth, some girls go home after 6 hours if they have an easy time and are striaght into minding the baby and sleepless nights. Then others are recovering for days if they had it harder. I’m glad my surgeon was easy childbirth today!!

When I got my 245’s in 2003 I had to wear a specific band thing that went under the implants and over for 6 weeks!!! They were tear drop implants. Wasnt to move out of bed for like 4 days and practically told to keeping breathing to a minimum!! haha

Have a look at the photo of my 245’s this morning before my BA surgery today, they rotated so many times on me.

Delighted to hear that about the US friends boob jobs coz im after the pamela anderson fake look!!! Paid 6,200 euro back in 2003 and ended up wearing heavy thick padded bra’s for the last 8 years to proportion myself still… so big is best for me!!

Who was your surgeon hun? Did you have your op with mya? I’ve been thinking about getting teardrops, would you not recommend them? Didn’t think there was much chance of them turning round, not so sure now though xx

Specialising in cosmetic procedures in “woman bits” Google him

I dont know alot about teardrops these days except I got mentor teardrop implants which were and apparently are still top brand as it has cohesient gel in them and dont leak.

I got my mentors back on tuesday and they look like brand new and are a really strong implant.

Probably best to ask ur surgeon but alot prefer to use rounds as its nothing tondo with the surgeon’s work if they move but something like 70 % tend to rotate, mine did in both breasts.

If you would like a little bit of cleverage then go for a round or you will end up like me with heavy pushup bra’s after ur BA!!

Hiya hun, i know what the mean about the tear drop implants i was in agony after having them done yet was in no pain atall after having the round ones put in!!! Plus my tear drop implants rotated several time!! I was gutted 2 !!. Glad your happy now though with your new ones :o) xxx

Feel free to add ladies although im not quite as happy with them as I was when I wrote the post.

When I went to my surgeon I had my 245’s in a thick padded bra and he asked ne if that was the size I was naturally looking for without a bra on, I told him No, BIGGER!

He told me with the 430 extra high projection I would be bigger. Well I got 485 extra high projection and even my boyfriend agreed with me today that I look smaller. Im currently wearing a macom and a little summer tshirt.

Gutted!! As ive spent over 12,000 euro in boob jobs and still have to go get another now.

There is definately more room for a bigger implant, I am able to pinch my skin now whereas I was totally stretched after my first BA and my skin was chaffing from stretching…not this time as really all I got was the equivilent of 240cc as I had 245’s already in and they were taken out but my skin had stretched.

So with my 245’s i was a 32b, add another 240cc gives you 485cc implants . So if someone who’s 32b gets 240 implants then they are still quite small! Most 32b girls are getting 300 upwards and 410cc being really common

So I think now my swelling is going I am more like Harry fro
