I think the best advice is if you’re not sure then go in and talk to the surgeon again about your concerns. For all the money you are paying, and the fact they will be in your body forever (well until you need them redone!) you want to be 100% sure. Don’t be shy to ask for another consult, they should be more than happy and if not remind them of how much money you paid!
My NUMBER ONE concern was that the end result look natural, and I made sure to show my surgeon pics of what I thought did and didn’t look natural. I also asked for a surgeon who specialised in natural look, Dr Adamo in London, as I liked his before/after pics.
In the end I chose 325cc anatomical shape overs, which took me from a 34A to 34C. However, the end result does depend on your surgeon and your starting shape, some surgeons will always use round even to achieve a natural look. I haven’t felt the softer ones but if you want future boyfriends to never know you had anything done I think the softer the better! My male friends tell me this is important when they touch a womans boobs (I wouldn’t know obviously, haha.) I think it is also good to trust that your surgeon knows their job, my surgeon convinced me to go bigger than what I chose and I’m so glad he did because now that they have settled a little (I’m 2 weeks post op) they look like the perfect size.
