You can take whoever you want or even go on your own. He will go over the form you did with your PC then measure you and ask you what look you want and how big you want to go. Then he will tell you what size he thinks will get you what you want and show you the implants. You get to ask any questions you want and then you go back to your pc to try on the implants underneath a sports bra to get an idea of what they will look like and what size you want. Then you can book your surgery there and then if you want, go away and think about it or never go again. Its all very relaxed and completely up to you what you get out of it. Hope that helps x
