Great customer care

hi girlies i just wanted to mention the great customer care im having from bristol clinic, its very upsetting reading about all the poor service some of you are having. The poor service from pc takes away all the great work that the surgeons are doing and the results they deliver. lets face it thats the reason we are all putting ourselves through this for the fantastic results. i work in customer service so i know how important it is to look after clients from day 1. we all understand and accept that the pc look after 100’s of clients so may not be able to get back to us as quickly as we want. but if they were to set realistic timescales and stick to them then i feel there would be far less upset and frustrated people. I have spoken to my pc about this as there is so much negative topics being posted everyday it does get me a little worried as i am due to have my ba 22/5. she is just as frustrated as everyone as it reflects badly on all of the pcs and i can honestly say my pc is great, emails me & texts me frequently. just felt i needed to post this to show that there is still great service from mya to hopefully put some peoples minds at rest x

im with Bristol clinic and they are amazing!! i honestly cannot fault them..

i havent had my BA yet but only 13 sleeps left woooohhoo!!

Kristina even txd me on Friday juust 2 see how i was and if i was ok and reassured me that implants are ordered and theirs nothing 2 worry about.

its sad that some girls on here are not gettin the brilliant customer care that i have received so far. i hope mya identify the clinic’s and pc’s that are letting theese girls down and resolve the issue as we are paying alot of money and sud ALL recive fantastic care. xx
