GREAT!! stupid high bp at pre-op :'-(

ffs its one thing after another bp 153/109!!! wtf! she took it three time as well and it was till high 😥 suppose it doesn’t help that I have been rowing and screaming my head off for two days, driving test tomorrow and stuff with the kid meh! had enough now, totally had enough. aaaaaaarrrrrrrrgggggggghhh typically my Dr’s is 45 miles away 👿 and I don’t have any holidays left, nor do I drive..yet! so pissed off its unreal and have a banging head, I think I need a good cry, can’t even have a drink cus of my test..really cannot be arsed anymore.

NicolaO You will fine hun!! when i get UBER stressed my blood pressure goes haywire! and the more i think about it the more stressed i get! like everyone has said calming bath etc good breathing exercise is ”inhale deeply thru nose (count 4 seconds) and out thru mouth (count 5) it helps me!!

bachs remedy is good too! its mind over matter! take it from a major stresshead!! u will pass with flying colours!
