great website for you pre-ops and early po-opers

i know that we should listen to our individual surgeons as all have different ways/dates and procedures… but i was looking for excerise time guidlines and found this site ~ http://www.cosmeticbreastsurgeon.co.uk/FAQs.htm

it gave a good insight on what to expect. I think MYA should set up a page just like this. i think it would help alot of girls in the forum.x
