Gross question but im concerned!!!

So I’ve had a lot of swelling and bloating in my tummy since my op 5 days ago which I realised was normal but the swelling has been travelling further down my tummy and I now have a swollen pubic area! I know, gross! but it gets worse.. I also have a lot of bruising down there and a big purple bruise on my clitoris!!!
Please girls I need advice! Is this normal or not??? Xx
