    Hi there i have my BA booked for 5 weeks time, having 1300 cc implants with Mr Singh on 13th Aug. I have been constantly chasing my PC and have left soo many messages but she never gets back to me. I am paying a lot of money for this op and its scary enough as it is…this is just panicking me and stressing me out :( has anyone else had this problem?

    I need to book my pre-op and my balance is due in a couple of weeks and i just feel a little neglected :(

    Any one else in the same boat?? (i’m dealing with the Notts clinic)

    Hiya,

    I am with the Notts clinic too and having Mr Singh in 3 weeks time.

    who is your pc?, mine was beckie slater but she has gone on Maternity leave and it’s now a lady called Anne Marie who is on the same contact numbers.

    I have rang her this morning to pay the balance and had no trouble getting through. Maybe it would be worth ringing the head office in Birmingham to get a date for your pre-op, I had mine in May (tho it turned out that was a bit early and they didn’t send my notes down for when I went!!)

    I had a message after i put this post on here (bout 20 mins after)from my PC that i couldn’t respond to (she left me a voicemail)- i then had another one about half an hour after from her saying that head office had contacted her because they had seen this post on the forum. Feel really bad about this as i know they are all very busy people but all i wanted was a call and i feel bad now for seemingly getting her in trouble. I have a date for my pre-op now which has made me feel a little better but i have just been in tears to my boyfriend as i feel that this post has got my PC in trouble which was not at all what i wanted.

    Please don’t feel bad. We monitor the forum daily so that we can help patients with concerns such as this because patient care is a main priority for MYA.
