Grrrr havent been to the loo for 4 days :( bloody co-dyramol

Anyone else having this problem i look 6 months preg lol! x

oh hun, thats the exact reason i never took mine. I took the ibuprofen and just paracetamol on its on. I have trouble anyway so i didnt wanna make it worse. Get some Movicol sachets. I am 5 days post op and have been everyday since day 3 now xx

oh hun, i know how it feels, can hurt just as much as the boobies Honestly, ask the pharmacist for some Movicol sachets, I took 4 altogether and it worked a trick. I not to take them regularly but when i do have trouble i just take 4 and hey presto!!
