Gym??

Can anyone help me…. My surgery is booked for a week on Wednesday, when shall I stop going to the gym??

Hiya. My BA is booked for Friday and I’m still going
. I’ve heard you shouldn’t do anything too much the 24 hrs before but up til then it’s fine x

I stopped going a month before and had pain only on one of the days of the two weeks that I’ve been po and had full movement throughout x
