Gym/Excercise After Rhinoplasty?

Not sure hun, after my cast is off i’m planning light exercise although they do say 6 weeks but i’m turning into a whale xx

nope dont you two dare haha, when i se dr g today he said DO NOT lift anything heavy do anything that involves moving around alot NOTHINGGGGGG. so youl have to be a whale for 4 months haha xx

Omg is it 4 months for excercise aswel!! I know you cant touch it for that long (which is going to be impossible) but I didn’t realise you couldn’t really excercise for that long! Light jogging must be ok! Will try and leave it as long as possible! xx

hmariez thats naughty!!! i dont actually know if its 4months but today he said to me 4months so im guessing it is?. im sure a light jog would be ok after like 6 weeks just not after the cast comes off xx

also, exercise after 4 MONTHS!!!!!!! serious!? they said to me no strenuous activities including ‘intercourse’ for 6 weeks… but 4 months without it!! hmmm. i wonder if these are guidelines or if they are super strict…

halliiiixxx i sent you a message!!!!! i think he said 4 months to me due to the job i do, so i might of got it mixed up i think it is 6 weeks tho if you do go gym. the only exercising i do is walking to the fridge and back! it only sank in a couple of days ago that i actually had a nose job done didnt feel real after the surgery xx

i started doing exercise 6 weeks after. he means dont more the nose out of position for 4 months!!! beware when you get hot though from exercise your nose will swell loads!!! xxx

I did light exercise at week five but you really are not supposed until week 6 and nothing to strenuous as it can really damage that nose!! x

oooo ok i got it mixed up with my job, but i got no problem there i just sit on my arse xx
