I asked this..not to sure why as I am practically allergic to exercise but….He said 6 weeks, but not like going for an hour run or something. Think its more low impact exercise like walking on a treadmill or cycling etc as they are less intense. I guess you could go back at 6 weeks and see how you felt.
I remember reading other girls posts on the forum and they said their noses would swell loads after the gym.
I know what you mean though I lost 8 pounds in first 2 weeks and now I am slowly creeping back up as Im being so lazy.
