    When can I start going back to the gym? 4 weeks po tomoz and Im off to Ibiza soon and I might have nice boobs but my bellys gone so podge 🙁 xxx

    Nurse okayed me for light lower body exercise 1 week po ie exercise bike and squats but to be honest it was quite hard work still. Maybe wasn’t quite ready. I got the okay at 8 weeks for normal gym x

    I started at about 9 weeks. I seem okay for press ups, normal dumb bells, bench press, tri dips etc but really don’t like lifting things high above my head. Kettle bell swings are okay but I don’t do the full height as it feels odd. I just listen to what my body is telling me. Oh also can’t lie flat on my front on an exercise mat as its bloody uncomfortable ha ha xx

    Long as i can train normally after my op, still pre atm, consultation friday eekkkk 😀 xx
