H E L P I need take my stero strips off today..scared dried blood going 2 hurt..

do it in the shower hun, once they are wet and are easy to remove xx

Ok done it… Bit worriedcan I clean them some dry blood that’s not come off?

ye just use either simple products or baby products to clean them dont rub them dry pat with a towel or lightly dry with a hairdryer xx

Ok I had call help line I actually cried looking at my left boob I’m going to post a pic can any1 tell me this will change I’m crying ahhh why me…my left 1s not dropped and I’m worried this is why coz incisions weird deformed…

your incisions are quite scary in the beginning hun, they usually quite red and raised but all is normal, i nearly passed out when i first seen mine they wernt pretty, now 10 months on they hardly noticeable, as for the dropping one of mine took about 3 months to catch up with the other which dropped in the first 2 weeks xx

just had a look at your pics hun, i think your scaring looks fab and totally normal, much better than mine did at 2 weeks post opp xx

Omg Nikki r u sure I’m sobbing I’ve had such an emotional day sorry its just scared me I just added another 1 why’s it got that dent on my actually boob? I feel sick! I’m cool about the dropping I’ll wait see with that but I never had a different facing nipple before and I’m worried where this incisions gone weird which has made all this happen?

serious hun you really early days, they have alot of changing to do, i had a dent in mine which i was really worried about and know one could tell me what it was on here, but now its evened itself out, they change so much over the first 6 months i really woundn’t worry, from what i can see in your pics they look normal to me xx

thank you, and it doesnt matter what time you ring? i got a bloody lump on the side of my nose i only just had rhinoplasty! and btw i see a pic of your scar and it looks normal to me as most scars iv seen heel like that different parts heel different xx

Yes they answered sweet 24 7! (thank go) I was in shock talking 2 her I hung up and cried! She said book in with clinic so they can see which I will as soon as it opens! And thanks so much I freaked major I’m keeping a photo diary so we shall see how it progress! Ohhh no sweetie not good a lump has it just appeared? X

im too scared to ring lol i dunno if im being over the top! my nose started throbbing when i was on the bus thursday i felt my nose and felt the bump but couldnt see it and yesterday it appeared its only small but the fact that its raised is scaring me but i think it might be swelling as its throbbing on that side of my nose and esp on the lump, hopefully its nothin too serious, yes deff keep a photo diary itl help you feel better everyday as youl see how much better it heals x xx

Well sweet its 24 hours 7 days a week call if u are worried! They will log it aswellso ur pc will get in touch (when they r back from crimbo) it sounds like swelling but babe don’t ask me I only no boobs and at moment I’m like O M G! Yeh I really hope does change I’d be so upset but I trust mya and my surgeon (just not my luck) x

Hi Hun, I’m 2 weeks post op today and I took my strips off this morn, eek! Scary seeing the scars at first, there’s a bit of dried blood but look ok I think! Do you know what we do about showering now? Is it ok if the scars get wet in the shower etc?? Xx

Yes believe its all ok just be careful I haven’t washed my scars or anything the dried blood could be the scab so nurse said it will drop off in own time I literally do not want to touch them look at them makes me feel tad ill. But be careful get no soap suds etcs or if ur moisturising be careful x how are ur scars x
