Had 1 week post op checkup. Was the nurse suppose to teach me massage technique?

Went to have my dressing removed yesterday. I thought the nurse had to teach me the correct technique on how to massage my breast to help implants drop etc. Did she forget? I only remembered about needing to do regular massages when I got home.

you have gorgeous figure and your new boobies look great and only a week PO, they will look amazing when they drop and fluff. I was told not to massage because I have textured implants. I tthink Mya only use Mentor textured implants which means you don’t massage them at all. The idea is that our bodies scar tissue attatches to the implant, it’s meant to help lower the risk of capsular contracture. Double check with your nurse at your next visit just to be sure. happy healing xx
