Just had 260cc overs Wednesday morning with Adamo, all went well, waking up from the op felt like i’d just had the best sleep ever!
Just feeling quite sore, swollen and like an invalid ATM and their hugeness is a little daunting, any idea from experience when the swelling will calm down?
hi, i had 410 with adamo and it took about a week for the main swelling to go down x
Thanks! are you happy with your results? how long post op are you?
hi i am just over a week post opp i towards the end of the first week my swelling started to go down and 9 days now and in just the last 2 days they have come down even more, now i’m hoping they don’t loose anymore lol. xx
Hey I had 460cc with Dr Adamo on Wednesday 29th December too!! How you feeling?? Mine are starting to feel a bit better today and I was able to wear a bra!
They are still quite hard though are yours?
Xx
mine are softening up up now, my right breast is fine but left is a bit more swollen and hard and gives me some pain from time to time, but otherwise i’m ok. I tried driving yesterday which was quite uncomfortable especially when i had to reverse.
Oh really yeah i may give if 2 weeks before I try and drive!
My car is give stiff changing gears and don’t want to strain myself!
I think I am doing ok but im not too sure how they should be looking and feeling so its hard to tell!
Does anyone know when they will be normal like be able to wear a push up bra and that? Xx
Rachel – Mine are feeling tight, achey (and numb at the same time) and are still rather hard and out to the side, just wearing a stretchy sports top thing to give them a little support. I’ve been trying to do as little as possible as even opening cupboard doors around the kitchen makes them ache but today is better than yesterday (although my little boy rolled over and fell on them yesterday which wasn’t great!)
I think it’s about 6 weeks before they advise you to wear an underwired bra, probably best to ask on your 6 week check up appointment.
Exesse – good to know 9 days can make a difference!
Thanks Dawni!
Yours sounds simular to mine at the moment then, The reason i asked about the bra is because I can’t imagine them being soft and like normal boobs at the moment!
I think i need to stop worrying about it and just wait and see! I know what you mean, i went to get my nails done yesterday and was soo tierd when i got back!
I am house sitting now for my boyfriends Auntie so im just going to sit and relax untill i go back to work on Wednesday!
Has anyone washed thier hair, how did it go? Dr Adamo said I can shower if i want as the bandages are waterproof but the nurse said not too! Confusing!
Xx
lol Adamo said exactly the same to me, so i thought sod it, i’ll shower, he’s the surgeon surely he knows what’s ok and what’s not. I think the nurses just have to cover all eventualities.
I was achey afterwards but felt better and clean lol. i used baby top to toe wash as it’s got a neutral PH and just thought it could be a better option incase it did get through the plasters. I also used the same to wash my hair, it wasn’t the most thorough wash ever, but i couldn’t get away with dry shampoo for another day!
I know what you mean atm they feel really fake, (my fiance thinks they look hilarious atm) but we’ve just got to be patient x
Just washed mine too! Yeah I stocked up with dry shampoo before the op lol!
I decided to do it in the bath with the hand held shower head but it didn’t go too well I drenched the bathroom as well as my boobs! I think next time I will try the shower instead, it does feel nice though to have clean hair!
Got to dry it now, everything is an effort isn’t it! Will be worth it though in the end

Xx
